Day 2

Alberobello

Day two takes you inland to the fairytale town of Alberobello. Wander among 1,500 trulli houses, their conical roofs creating a storybook skyline. In the afternoon, join a local nonna for a pasta-making class, learning the secrets of perfect orecchiette while family stories flow as freely as the wine.

Day 3

Adriatic Coast

Coastal Adventures & Football Culture Mount a Vespa for a day along the Adriatic coast, stopping at hidden coves and fishing villages. Your route takes you to secluded beaches where you can swim in crystal-clear waters before lunching at a seaside trattoria.

Day 4

Adriatic

That evening, experience Italian passion at its finest at a local football match, cheering alongside animated fans. The next morning, recover with a spa session at your masseria, followed by a sunset yacht cruise along the coast.

Days 5 - 6

Ostuni

Ostuni & Countryside Transfer to Masseria Cervarolo, a 16th-century farmhouse near the "White City" of Ostuni. Cycle through ancient olive groves, stopping for tastings at family-run estates. The next day, explore Ostuni's maze-like streets, where each wrong turn might lead you to a hidden trattoria or a panoramic view of the endless olive groves.

Days 7 - 8

Lecce

Lecce & the Salento End your journey in Lecce, the "Florence of the South." Settle into La Fiermontina, where minimalist luxury meets baroque splendor. Join locals for their evening passeggiata, stopping for the famous pasticciotto at Pasticceria Natale. Your final day takes you through Salento's wine country, visiting small producers of Primitivo and Negroamaro before a farewell dinner in a converted palazzo.
