1. Discovery Call

You book a 30-minute call. No script, no pressure. Where you're headed, when, who's coming, what matters most to you. If this is our first time working together I'll ask you a lot of questions, and you get to ask me more.

2. We Make it Official

I send you a recap email outlinging our call. If there is a planning fee involved, I send you an invoice. Once that is paid I build the trip from the ground up. Hotels, experiences, timing, the flow of the days. Then I go find the perks: the breakfast credit, the upgrade, the early check-in.

3. First Look at Your Proposal

Within about 7 business days, you’ll receive a custom-tailored proposal filled with handpicked hotels, VIP perks, and curated experiences. Want to swap a room type or trade a wine tasting for a local cooking class? We’ll refine every detail until it’s absolutely perfect.

4. Every Booking Handled

Once you fall in love with the plan, I handle all the heavy lifting—securing reservations, unlocking exclusive hotel upgrades, and arranging seamless logistics. All you have to do is count down the days and get excited.

5. Prepare for Takeoff

Everything gets loaded in an app just for your trip. Every confirmation attached, every detail ready, shared with everyone traveling with you. You stop keeping track of it in your head.

6. Welcome Home!
